Jungle Soul Kitchen is where you can bring the wild and soulful into your kitchen experience. I’ve been living and working in Costa Rica for the last ten years. My kitchens have been outdoors in the raw elements filled with homegrown, vibrant food. My dishes and creations have been inspired by the pure nature and soulful energy of the climate and culture of Costa Rica. I have channeled my experience and passion into food and everything I create. I have realized that this essence can be channeled into any kitchen wherever I am in the world. A big part of my inspiration is drawn from an active lifestyle that craves clean, bright and nourishing dishes. As with many, I personally have been through a big transformational time. We have left the jungle for now and are living near family in Florida. Through this shift, my family and I are harnessing lessons and recreating our life. Though I am not living in Costa Rica at the moment, Jungle Soul will always be part of me as a mother and chef.

It is my passion and pleasure to enhance the way we use food to bring vibrancy and optimal nutrition into every bite we eat. Creating a healthy lifestyle and using the bounty of our natural environments connects us with the soul of the land and strengthens innate immunity.
